Story Of &#8211; Volume 2 (1969-1970) (10 NTSC Dual Layer DVD+R discs set)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Story Of Beat Club &#8211; Volume 2 (1969-1970)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">GREAT NEWS!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span>This title has just been upgraded in quality and features as of May, 2017.\u00a0 Now in the highest possible quaity on Dual Layer discs AND chapters now properly put at the beginning of each song selection.\u00a0<em><strong> Please note that this DVD title is only available in NTSC format.\u00a0 It is available as an official release in the PAL format from www.amazon.de.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Beat-Club was a German music program that ran from September 1986 to December 1972. \u00a0It was broadcast from Bremen, Germany on Erstes Deutsches Femsehen, the national public TV channel of the ARD, produced by one of it&#8217;s members, Radio Bremen, later co-produced by WDR following the 38th episode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is notable for being the first German show to be based around popular music featuring artists like Frank Zappa, the Rolling Stones, Gene Pitney, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Ike &amp; Tina Turner, The Who, Black Sabbath, The Bee Gees, The Beach Boys and Kraftwerk in its seven-year run. \u00a0In 1972, it was updated and renamed &#8220;Musikladen&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Performances from the show can now been seen occasionally on VH1 Classic with reruns also airing in several European countries. \u00a0Several DVD collections featuring highlights of the show have also been released in the past. \u00a0Now you can finally own virtually all of the episodes that ever aired with Volumes 1, 2 &amp;
