Video Quality:  All over the place on this one, varying from 4th gen VHS (not so great) up to good VHS type quality.  Most clips are in the 2nd gen VHS type quality.

Audio Quality:  Varies as well from good to very good. A couple of clips are lacking a bit of the high end.
