Jan & Dean Documentary
U.S. documentary.  The rise and tragic fall of Jan and Dean.  SUper cool rare footage from two never-aired TV pilots, “Surf Party” and “On the Run”, and the unfinished movie “Easy Come, Easy Go”.  Jan’s near fatal car wreck threw him in a 33-day coma – when he awoke he was paralyzed and had no memory.  Dick Clark played American Bandstand kinescopes to help him remember.  The 1978 TV movie “Dead Man’s Curve” revitalized interest in Jan & Dean.  Jan’s 1997 solo album was recorded one verse at a time ovewr 10 years!  Interviews include Jan Berry, Dean Torrence, Brian Wilson, Bruce Johnston, Dick Clark, Jeff “Skunk” Baxter, and many others.
