Audio & Video Quality: For those that are familiar with this material, released many times over on various labels, one will truly appreciate the improvement in quality. Having said that, the material is taken from various 1960’s TV broadcasts, with some anomalies, and certainly not comparable to todays digital TV broadcasts. Most of this title would be rated good quality, about an 8.0 using our website Quality Rating Table. The 8mm film segments are originally silent film footage with audio added and not particularly interesting, but fortunately there is very little 8mm film footage included.  The opening track Shindig Rehearsal is crappy. The rest of the Shindig related material is very good.
