What a brilliant show!  The audience rock with Paul and his band for more than 2 1/2 hours.  This was the first time for Paul to play in Quebec.  More than 250,000 fans joined Paul for this fabulous free concert to celebrate Quebec City’s 400th birthday, plus many more hundreds of thousands wathced at home on pay-per-view.  It was quite an amazing and historic event that you can now see in this special limited collector’s edition.
