It was to be one of the last concerts of a legendary band: “Thin Lizzy”.  The trio from Dublin made seethe the audience on the Loreley within the scope of the German music show Rockpalast in 1981.  A rock encyclopedia at the time wrote about the “dreamer, warrior, lover, story teller, peacemaker and rock legionnaire” Phil Lynott.  The charismatic Bassist, signer and composer had founded the Hardrock / Rhythm & Blues band together with Eric Bell and Brian Doney in 1969.  14 years later he broke up the band after continual coming and going of the guitarists.
