The quality is all over the map from title to title, from poor to good VHS type quality. Most clips are in fair video quality (around 4th generation VHS type).  Volume is more stable than “TV Files” and of better quality. Some, but very little overlap in contents with TV Rarities. Having said that, there is a LOT of cool, rare clips on this title. Exception to quality is Japan (1991) and Midnight Special which are both in good 2nd gen VHS type quality. Japan (1991) has Japanese sub-titles through it, as it was originally a Japanese TV broadcast.
