U.S. Scopitones – Volume 4
Scopitones and Juke Box Films were the early predecessors to modern music videos. Shown in arcade-style “jukeboxes”, these films were made to promote musical artists. Many of these films shown gratuitous shots of cleavage and wild body shaking. A few are even risqué by today’s standards. When watching these films you sometimes get the feeling that they were made in a parallet universe!
